Six different sizes of ice cream cones are being made on the premises of Sentez Grup. Apart from its sales in Turkey, the company s exports have continued to increase in dozens of countries including France, Belgium, Saudi Arabia and Germany. The production volume of the ice cream cones of Sentez Group is increasing at an average of 20% each year

On our flexible packaging lines, printing up to 10 colours with gravure and flexo printing techniques can be done along with solvent and solvent-free lamination and wax-cotaing. At our facility, where humidity and temperature are being controlled, printing onto PE, OPP, ALU, CPP, PP, COEX, SULFIT, PEARLIZE materials can be done by using low-migration&food grade ink. Also, laminated products are being kept in a conditioning room at a certain heat and humidity level in accordance with the regulations of hygiene and fast curing.

Litho-Laminated Boxes: Production can be done from roll to roll as well as from sheet to sheet up to 180cm. B,E,F Fluting lamination can be done between 40gr and 300gr. Besides offset printing, production can be done by flexo method as well. In particular, a production speed of 40 thousand pcs/box per hour is achieved and appropriate packaging products are produced for auto-filling machines. Sentez Grup, has the capability of placing handles and tearing stripes on the detergent boxes by executing contact-free production. Thus, it has the capacity of producing 200 thousand boxes with handles and tear stripes per day. Furthermore, products with 12% more stiffness can be produced compared to normal laminated ones thanks to the chemical assembly used in the recently built production line. Above all, boxes with a coloured inner layer can be produced by tossing ink into the inner surface of the box along with oil and water barrier.

Single Layer Cardboard: Sentez Grup has the largest capacity in this area in Turkey. The company particularly produces single layer cardboard that is compatible with auto-filling machines which are essential in the tea, chocolate and pharmaceutical sectors. Printing is provided up to the dimension of 110x160cm with the latest technological 7 coloured machines along with colour systems that are fully integrated through digital readers. Die-Cutted sheets are automatically extracted by technological equipment. Customers can increase the speed of their own auto -filling machines by up to 10% thanks to the single layer boxes that they buy from Sentez Grup. Chocolate manufacturers, as well, can achieve a speed of 25% with the support of machines of Sentez Grup whilst making durinf manual filling or auto-filling.
