This company has 2 complete high-speed Automatic Extrusion Lines plus several Automatic Injection Heading Machines and 4 sets of offset UV 6- color printing Machines and also 3-sets Automatic Hot stamping printing Machines on the tube surface and the caps as well, all under Full- operation. All printing Machines are capable of printing on both plastic tube and Effervescnt Tablet Tubes body. Meanwhile all Eff. Tablet Tubes and all required caps (enclousures) are produced by the company Injection plastic Machines and Imported plastic Injection Molds. The existence of various Machines in all production stations and Batchwise production, leads to the advantage of tube production and printing different orders in variety of sizes at every stage and time. Of course our transformation to lean manufacturing principles has helped us enormously along this path. Our equipment / lines is configured and streamlined to make our team more efficient when retooling, thus minimizing costs. Provides and coordinates in-house and outside trainings to improve and strengthen its quality and safety standpoint within Iran and middle east, as one of the pioneer players within the region. Regarding this agenda corresponding Arapoush personnel hold regular meetings to discuss Productions/Maintenance/ Quality matters. Moreover, there are frequent refresher sessions with inviting outside trainers to reinforce the ISO 9001 standards and GMP and best safety practices within the work environment. There s a noticeable focus and effort for QC and QA team to get the most updated Standards and materials in these training sessions.
