Armasan Packaging Co. has been founded in 1989 in Bayrampaşa İstanbul. Following that we continued to production by growing in Beylükdüzü and Kıraç and in 2015 we bought our own place and every year we increase our support to country economy. Armasan which is well known in local market and overseas exports their products to more than 40 countries mainly food, confectionary, cosmetics, medical, stationary and glassware sectors. Our company serves institutional structure, remaining faithful to its founding principles adopted to produce high quality and on time with the help of our more than 150 staffs. A quarter century adventure began with vacuum thermoforming and in order to reply our client s visual needs and folding boxes have been added to the production range. Armasan has a big production range which includes Vacuum Thermoforming, Folding Box, UV Offset, Hotfoiled Stamp Printing, Metalize PET and A-PET Raw Material (sheet and roll) production. To provide the customer satisfaction, Armasan continues to serve in a hygnienic work environment with the certificates BRC-I0P Packaging, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TKIB
APET, RPET, GPET, GAGPET film production is being done for the thickness between 50 micron - 1mm, max. width; 1400mm with 2000 tons/month capacity. Core diametre could be 76 mm (3 ) or 152 mm (6 ) Pet films can be produce as sheet format or on the roll. Various colors can be produced. Pet film production is being done with coex (A-B-A), mono layer and PE laminated alternatives. PET film production can be done with recy- cled material with requested ratio (till 100%). In addition metallising process is being done in our company.
Folding boxes are produced from PET, PP and PVC materials both printed (uv ofset, silk screen,hologram, hot foil) and unprinted. Crash lock base can be produced and glued with Hot-Melt system. All production steps including pet film production and printing operations are processed in the factory. These are providing advantage of rapid sample preparation and print proof. UV offset, silk screen, hologram and hot foil printing is being done to PET, PVC, PP, PS sheet formats between 150 microne - 1 mm. UV Ofset printing is being done on our 700 1000 mm sizes 6 colors + varnish units printing machine.
PET, PP, PS and PVC materials with different thickness are processed with thermoforming methods in automatic 3 stations thermoform- ing machines for different sectors. We are providing 3D designs for new products to our customers. All operations including mould and metallising process are being produced in our company
The self-lid sealed carrying container is made of PET material. It is used in many areas in the transportation and storage of food products and in the food industry. It provides many advantages in terms of usefulness and practicality.
Viols are especially designed for transport packaging of dairy products. These products produce by %100 R-PET which is being manufactured in ARMASAN. This products are strongly support our main target of environmental sustainability.
