Rapid DCL16 Series are twin tube continuous motion vertical type quattro packaging machines. The modular design of Rapid DCL16 Twin Machine resulted in ease of operation, minimal maintenance, quick changeover and setup, reduced operating cost, require one personnel, twice the production in same space as a single tube machine and the most attractive benefit is ability of packing two different weighs at the same time. Quattro bags are side-gusseted bags with four main panels for strong product branding with perfect shape and eye-catching at shelves. It is ideal for products requiring increase value and marketing strategies. Due to strong sides, the quattro bag is ideal for heavy duty large bags and good option for palletization. Quattro bags serve various industries including food (nuts, pulses, coffee, milk powder, etc.) and non-food sectors (detergent, pet food, horticultural chemicals etc.). Optionally, re-closable systems (sliders, stickers, and zippers) as well as easy carry handles could be added to the quattro bags. In case needed, this series can produce pillow and gusseted bags also.
FOCUS HD20 series is designed for doypack packaging need, it can make standard doypack pouches, as well as with special additional functions like zipper, hanging hole, spout or special shapes. It also has big size and duplex series, which can meet packaging requirement of big volume and high speed. The FOCUS HD20 Series are modular high performance, Form Fill and Seal machines for traditional and fragile products Applications.
