The Sealed Air CRYOVAC® VS2X semi-automatic vacuum packaging machine is the answer to low/medium output production requirements for shrink bag packaging systems. It is specifically designed for consumer and medium size packs of fresh meat, processed meat (PM), cheese, and a range of other solid fresh food items. It incorporates many new features made possible by the latest advances in vacuum packaging technology.

It is a vertical packaging machine with manual loading and inclinable loading/feeding unit. It allows the packaging of single or multiple products manually loaded by an operator. It is a simple, reliable and economical solution for the packaging of all kinds of single or multiple products such as fruits and vegetables, bread, desserts, seafood/dairy products, cold meats, food and non-food products, small fittings, small profiles. The inclination of the feeding table, which can be adjusted between 0 and 80 degrees with a simple adjustment, allows the control of the falling speed of the products. All surfaces in contact with the product are stainless steel. The sealing units are simple and robust, and almost do not require maintenance. It can easily adapt to every product with the film shaping guide, which can be adjusted without tools.

The Cryovac© VPP308A form, fill and seal packaging machine meets the productivity and product variety needs of small and medium-sized businesses with a small footprint. It is designed to pack pumpable liquids and liquids that can also contain a certain amount of solid particles. It offers vertical pillow-like packages that leave almost no air pockets, thus providing better quality and protection. The packages are easy to store, open and dispose of. These packages are cost-effective and environmentally friendly compared to boxes and other rigid container alternatives, while being lightweight. They are resistant to abuse while preserving flavour and freshness.

PAPERSEAL® is an innovative, eco-friendly and sustainable tray, made of a pre-cut flat cardboard assembled and combined with a barrier liner. Compared to traditional trays, this new packaging allows a plastic reduction of about 80% as the thin inner layer can be easily removed and disposed separately, ensuring an efficient recycling. Minimum bulk and maximum advantage in one single packaging. In addition to the exclusive sealing process, leading to a perfectly sealed surface, it is possible to customize the whole surface of the tray both internally and externally, ensuring a 360°communication that perfectly meets the requirements of each customer. PAPERSEAL® tray follows an eco-friendly style: the Aticelca evaluation system (https://aticelca.it/) assigns to this item a B degree of recyclability, allowing to dispose the cardboard in containers for paper collection.
